UMPSA Holdings Signs Strategic MOA with DéScale Green Solutions to Advance Sustainable Water Solutions

UMPSA Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and Descale Green Solutions Sdn. Bhd. formalised their collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on Friday, 27 March 2026. The agreement was signed by Ts. Mohd Fadzil Mohd Idris, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of UMPSA Holdings Sdn. Bhd., and Mr. Wong Pow Siong, Managing Director of Descale Green Solutions Sdn. Bhd.

Through this agreement, both parties will collaborate in promoting Descale’s water analysis products and related solutions to industry networks, government agencies, statutory bodies and relevant stakeholders.

UMPSA Holdings will facilitate industry engagements and market outreach initiatives, while Descale Green Solutions will provide the technical expertise and product support. This partnership is hoped to drive wider adoption of sustainable water solutions and strengthen innovation in the industry.
