UMPSA Holdings recently held a strategic discussion with the Sustainable Materials Recovery and Research Team (SMaRRT) of UMPSA, involving Associate Professor. Dr. Mohd Yuhyi Mohd Tadza, ChM. Dr. Nurul Ain binti Ismail and Ain Fatihah Johar to explore collaborative solutions in addressing industrial waste challenges.
The session was joined by Ts. Mohd Fadzil Mohd Idris, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of UMPSA Holdings, alongside Alif Falatin Abdul Latif, Head of Strategic Business Division, and Saudin Sulong, Head of Project and Operation Division.
The discussion focused on potential project collaboration in managing waste associated with Lynas operations, particularly through the application of Neutralisation Underflow (NUF) technology. This approach presents a promising pathway in improving waste treatment processes through more efficient and sustainable methods.
