Building Stronger Governance Frameworks for UMPSA Holdings

UMPSA Holdings has officially engaged Jasmiza Solutions Sdn Bhd (JSSB) as its strategic partner to strengthen the Group’s governance framework and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

The engagement commenced with a Virtual Kick-Off Meeting on 13 February 2026 between the MD and GCEO of UMPSA Holdings, Ts. Mohd Fadzil bin Mohd Idris, and the JSSB team to align on objectives, scope, and implementation priorities. This was followed by a Key Value Chain and Policies Workshop held on 19 and 20 February 2026, involving Management and team members. The workshop focused on refining key processes, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and strengthening cross-functional coordination to ensure greater efficiency and accountability across the organisation.

This initiative underscores UMPSA Holdings’ continued commitment to transparency, sustainable practices, and building stakeholder confidence. Further structured improvements and governance enhancements are currently in progress to reinforce operational excellence across the Group.
