On 5 August 2025, UMPSA Holdings Group Chief Executive Officer, Ts. Mohd Fadzil Mohd Idris, accompanied by the management team, paid a courtesy visit to YAB Dato’ Sri Haji Fadillah bin Haji Yusof, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Transition and Water Transformation in Parliament, Kuala Lumpur.

The discussion centred on potential business engagements and technical expertise that UMPSA Holdings can contribute to the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA). The Managing Director and GCEO also presented an overview of UMPSA Holdings’ operations, highlighting core areas such as facilities management, engineering consultancy and the E-Nose innovation developed by Synbion Sdn. Bhd., one of UMPSA Holdings’ subsidiaries.

YAB Dato’ Sri expressed his gratitude for the fruitful discussion and encouraged UMPSA Holdings to engage with agencies under PETRA, including the National Water Research Institute of Malaysia (NAHRIM), Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Malaysia (JPS), Jabatan Bekalan Air, Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia, Indah Water Konsortium, Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN), Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (PAAB) and MyPower Corporation.
