UMPSA Holdings, together with Group Management and subsidiaries, attended the KPI Setting, Cascading & Monitoring Workshop facilitated by Jasmiza Solutions Sdn Bhd as the appointed strategic consultant and facilitator. The workshop was also joined by our Managing Director (MD) & Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), Ts. Mohd Fadzil bin Mohd Idris reflecting the Group’s commitment towards strengthening strategic performance management and organisational alignment.
The session focused on gathering strategic inputs and aligning organisational direction for the development of the Group’s Business Scorecard framework, which will serve as the foundation for future KPI development across UMPSA Holdings and its subsidiaries.
The workshop is expected to further strengthen participants’ understanding of strategic performance management, KPI alignment, and organisational planning, while reinforcing the importance of a structured Business Scorecard approach. The insights gained are also set to support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to the Group’s long-term business sustainability.
