PENILAIAN ANUGERAH INTEGRITI, GOVERNANS & ANTI -RASUAH (AIGA) 2025 OLEH INSTITUT INTEGRITI MALAYSIA (IIM)

On 10 July 2025, UMPSA Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (UMPSAH) proudly hosted the Penilaian AIGA 2025, led by IIM. This evaluation session marked a significant milestone in our commitment to becoming a model organisation for integrity, ethical governance, and anti-corruption excellence. More than just an assessment, the session served as a platform to demonstrate our progress, accountability, and institutional maturity in implementing robust governance frameworks.


Throughout the session, our management team and function heads actively presented structured practices, preventive controls, and strategic initiatives that underpin the effectiveness of our Anti-Bribery Management System (“ABMS”). 


The session reinforced our shared vision of fostering a strong integrity culture that permeates every layer of our organisation. 

📝 Key highlights of the session included: 

✅ A comprehensive briefing on UMPSAH’s commitment to ABMS and whistleblowing protection, and a zero-tolerance approach towards corruption; 

✅ Presentation of internal governance controls, compliance monitoring, and risk mitigation efforts; 

✅ Discussions on the company’s organisation’s context, stakeholder engagement strategies, and resource optimisation for sustained integrity practices; and 

✅ Open Q&A between IIM assessors and our PICs on key operational functions, including procurement, finance, project, human resources, and audit. 

This session also emphasised UMPSAH’s alignment with Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”) Act, support for the National Anti-Corruption Plan (“NACP”), and ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible business conduct.
