Synbion and Dasos-One Plantations, Inc. Strengthen Agarwood Collaboration

Synbion Sdn. Bhd., a spin-off company of UMPSA Holdings, strengthened international collaboration by working with Dasos-One Plantations, Inc., led by President and CEO Mr. Norbert Grimm, on the use of its agarwood inoculant, OUDino. The collaboration involved 700 sets of OUDIno for agarwood plantation operations.

The application of OUDIno was carried out at Discovery Agarwood Research, Penang, where Synbion provided on-ground technical guidance and knowledge sharing. A team of 5–10 workers from the Philippines, representing Dasos-One Plantations’ operations, took part in the session to learn and support the application process. The hands-on training ensured their team is equipped with the proper procedures and best practices for effective inoculation.
