UMPSA HOLDINGS EXPLORES STRATEGIC COLLABORATION WITH MIMOS SERVICES SDN BHD

UMPSA Holdings hosted a strategic engagement between UMPSA and MIMOS Services Sdn Bhd following the delegation’s visit to UMPSA facilities in Gambang and Pekan.

The MIMOS Services Sdn Bhd delegation comprised Ahmad Rizan Ibrahim, Chairman of the Board, Mohammad Fairus Khalid, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Nik Mohd Yusrien Mat Yusof, Chief Strategy, Growth & Commercial Officer .

Representing UMPSA Holdings was Alif Falatin Abdul Latif, Head of Strategic Business Development Division, together with other senior management officials. The session featured presentations by both organisations, highlighting their respective capabilities and potential areas for collaboration.

Discussions focused on strategic opportunities including smart campus management, smart infrastructure and buildings, data centres, smart city solutions, and joint R&D and industry initiatives.

The engagement marks a significant step towards establishing a strategic partnership that combines UMPSA’s academic, research and innovation capabilities with MIMOS’ technological expertise, with potential to develop and implement high-impact technology solutions for industry and society.
