UMPSA Holdings Group conducted a Strategic Planning session, bringing together the management committee and staff from various departments.
The session focused on identifying business opportunities, outlining strategic objectives, and developing actionable plans to drive revenue growth and create a comprehensive roadmap for the future of UMPSA Holdings.
This strategic planning is complemented by a ‘Telematch’ in the afternoon, to foster closer connections among the participating employees.
